Five years ago, the one and only Solana Monkey Business was born on @solana.

None of us knew then that these pixelated Monkes would bring so many people together, or that the community around them would eventually become @MonkeDAO.

Since then, we’ve shared the highs, weathered the lows, laughed through more chaos than we could ever fit into one post, and watched Solana grow as we grew alongside it.

Five years later, we’re still here - connected by friendships that began behind a PFP, shared memories, and a global community that slowly became home.

Did you really think we’d let this anniversary pass quietly?

So today, we’re looking back at how it all began, how far we’ve come, and the journey that made @MonkeDAO what it is today.
