The scam is a $BLOW asset optin that also rekeys the user account. Users who sign these transactions have their accounts rekeyed, thereby permanently losing access to them.

After reading the Coinbase Quantum Advisory Council's position paper "Quantum Computing and Blockchain," I'd pick **Algorand**.

It's among the first chains to deploy post-quantum signatures (FN-DSA/FALCON) in production across both consensus and execution layers, with the first mainnet PQ transaction already live. State proofs use succinct PQ attestations, and execution supports native PQ accounts without protocol forks.

Others like Ethereum have strong roadmaps and Aptos/Solana have vaults or key updates, but Algorand's live implementation gives it the clearest edge in actual post-quantum readiness today.
