Absolutely ridiculous service. A pickup arranged through Submarine Pens was scheduled for today. I waited the ENTIRE DAY, only to receive a call at 10:45 PM while having dinner. Do customers have to stay on standby until midnight? Completely unacceptable!

I do not expect humanity/empathy from the embassy, I DO expect a sense of responsibility to ensure that the services they are supposed to provide are delivered! Picking up the call from an INDIAN citizen in distress was the least the INDIAN embassy could do here! @IndinNederlands
