MOHAWKS SIGN TWO HS SENIORS COMMITTED TO STETSON

Josh Martinez is a dynamic athlete who is heading to Stetson in the fall as a two-way player....As a pitcher he has a fastball that climbs into the low 90s....Struck out 57 batters in 29 innings last year as a junior in HS and has been part of two no-hitters....Also as a shortstop plays with great instincts and speed.

Mathis McKenna is a polished left handed pitcher from Canada who will also head to Stetson in the fall....Has a fastball that gets into the upper 80s but his ability to 'pitch' is one of his calling cards....Enjoyed success on the Canadian Junior National Team.

Both players will play at Division I power Stetson for 2021 Mohawks Assistant Coach Cam Coons.
