THE JESUS LEADERSHIP EXAMPLE…Mark 3:13–19
Our Lord Jesus Christ had a team of disciples, each with unique characteristics, strengths and weaknesses.
The leadership lesson is profound: every leader has a Thomas, a John, a James, a Peter and even a Judas.

Thomas-the questioner; he needs evidence before he believes. The doubter who needs evidence.
John-the devoted one; loyal and relational. The loyal, intimate supporter.
James-the committed one; willing to sacrifice and endure.
Peter-the passionate one; bold, imperfect, but capable of restoration. The passionate follower who may stumble but can recover.
Judas-the betrayer; close to the leader, yet ultimately disloyal. The trusted person whose loyalty ultimately fails.

The key lesson is that every leader will encounter different kinds of people; those who question, those who love, those who serve, those who stumble and rise again, and those who may betray. Great leadership requires recognizing that not everyone close to you has the same heart, motives, or level of loyalty.

For every leader, there is a Thomas who questions, a John who remains loyal, a James who stands committed, a Peter who stumbles but rises again, and a Judas who betrays and never recovers. Leadership is learning to recognize each one without losing sight of the mission.

That context sits alongside your output.On the Republican Party and Trump specifically: you have repeatedly declared Trump simply “corrupt,” “a racist,” & a man whose supporters (including many Africans) display “daftness and self-hate.” These are absolute moral judgements, not careful engagement with evidence.

Trump’s record includes documented business controversies and coarse language, yet the same absolute lens is rarely applied with equal force to parallel issues on the other side.A clear example is your claim that Charlie Kirk “was killed by a conservative, a Trump supporter.” The suspect’s family background is Republican/MAGA, yes. But the publicly reported motive language (“I had enough of his hatred”), the roommate’s circumstances, and reported markings on casings point to opposition to Kirk’s conservative positions, particularly on gender and culture. Flattening that into “right-wing violence proves Trump’s radical-left theory is false” is selective storytelling, not truth-seeking.

Historical data on political violence deaths in the US does show higher lethality from right-wing extremists in many datasets over recent decades, yet recent years have also seen a measurable rise in left-wing incidents; both realities exist. Cherry-picking one to shut down the other is ideology, not journalism.

Receiving an Open Society grant for a mental-health film does not automatically make every subsequent political claim leftist propaganda. It does, however, make the consistent pattern of one-directional condemnation of Republicans harder to square with the claim of pure, ideology-free “truthism.” Facts cut both ways. If the standard is evidence over loyalty, apply it evenly.

The facts are known. 😌

The strategy employed by CCC, under the leadership of Nelson Chamisa, WORKED.

You can call it structureless if you want, you can call it strategic ambiguity if you want, you can call it Rumpelstiltskin, if you want.

You can call it whatever name under the sun – it worked! 🤷🏾‍♂️

Before ZANU PF was forced to desperately and blatantly rig the results, the strategy had delivered the majority of MP seats and the Presidency.
We all KNOW it.

And - the strategy dominated local government results as well!

Therefore if you’re criticizing Chamisa’s strategy and effectiveness in the 2023 election, you just look dumb. 🙂

The results of 2023 speak for themselves.

And THEN – when President Chamisa decided to leave the CCC, he left those that were trying to push him out and cooperating with ZANU agents, with EVERYTHING.

He left them with the party, the name, the branding, the MPs, the Senators – the entire organization they had painstakingly built. 🫴🏾🟡

And ... what happened after Chamisa left?

Chaos, mismanagement, destruction, greed, confusion and a handing over of the party to ZANU PF.

We all saw what happened.
The whole thing disintegrated into an embarrassing mess without Chamisa. 😌

Those that had seen Chamisa make leadership look easy, thought they could do a better job.
They didn’t realize that it takes multiple, SPECIAL skills.

Those that coveted his leadership position were given their chance to apply all their theories and corrections.
He left the entire party with them.
And they fell FLAT for the entire world to see.

Chamisa’s envious haters can try to rewrite the facts all they want.
They look foolish. 😌

◾️ They were given the entire party to manage. They failed.
◾️ They were given 3 years to build alternative movements. They failed.

When it comes to leadership acumen and ability to lead in the Zimbabwean draconian political environment, there’s only one game in town. 🤷🏾‍♂️
