@ZEE5India scammed the whole football fan community. I BOUGHT IT 2 DAYS BEFORE. I bought their 3 month FIFA pack just because it clearly promised 3 screens at the same time. The only reason I spent my money on this trash was so my family could watch matches together on 3 different devices. Today they dropped the limit of 3 month world cup plan to just 1 screen.

This whole plan is a greedy capitalist joke. Selling a 3 month subscription when the World Cup only lasts 1.5 months is crazy and this stupid ass plan is full of annoying ads. ZEE5 India has crossed all limits.

They also shut down their help center on purpose so customers cannot talk to real people. Their stupid ass AI bot Ziva keeps lying that human agents are available from 8 AM to 2 AM but I am texting that punk at 8:20 AM and it completely blocks me from reaching anyone. They are hiding behind a broken bot to avoid fixing this.

Do not even try to hide behind your fake we reserve the right to change terms loophole. Indian Consumer Courts already said that hidden terms cannot go against the main ad used to attract buyers. This is completely illegal under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
