When the @megaeth mainnet goes live, I think we’ll see a lot of people jumping in to farm the airdrop incentive. Most will focus on DeFi and boosting TVL, trying to get as many airdrop points as they can. In that kind of environment, lending protocols - especially the ones coming from the MegaMafia ecosystem - will probably stand out.
A lot of users will likely loop their capital, borrowing against their deposits to farm even more apps and maximize rewards. That’s where Avon could really benefit. It’s a lending project incubated by MegaMafia, and it feels like a modern take on Aave.
Aave uses the classic model - people deposit, others borrow, and interest rates change based on how much of the pool is being used. It’s solid and proven. Avon works differently. It adjusts rates and liquidity in real time based on what’s actually happening on-chain - like when people borrow, repay, or deposit.
That makes Avon more dynamic and market-driven, which could fit perfectly with the kind of fast, high-activity environment we’ll probably see when MegaETH goes live.
I haven’t tried Avon on the testnet yet since you need an invite code, but I’m definitely looking forward to checking it out before mainnet launches.
I had to try out the improved search function of the @AIWayfinder Agent right away - and what better time than on a Champions League day?
At first, when I asked it to show me the matches with the most hype, it didn’t quite get it right. It showed a few Champions League games, but also a bunch of Championship matches. I’m guessing that’s because those games were trending or had more volume on Polymarket at the time.
Once I asked more specifically for Champions League matches, though, it nailed it. Gave me exactly what I wanted.
I even tried checking one of the markets on-chain - went with MegaEth, of course, since I’m a big fan of it.
All in all, the new search feels a lot smarter now. You just have to be a bit specific, and it does the rest.
Looks like there’s another project popping up on @megaeth . It teases in their bio that it could be incubated by @megamafia , but no one really knows yet what Kumbaya actually is. To me, it seems like it could be an NFT project.
If that’s the case, it would be great to see MegaMafia give an NFT project a chance to grow. The whole point of their incubator is to help projects go from zero to one, and using it to spread the first word would be a smart move. Not just for the team, but for the community too. It gives people confidence knowing the team has been checked out, there’s a roadmap in place, and it’s not likely to be a rug.
Still, maybe it’s something completely different. We’ll find out soon enough.
Trading is only going to get bigger. It’s not just about buying and selling anymore - we’re starting to see PVP-style trading pop up, where it feels more like a game. Platforms like @legendtrade and @GTE_XYZ are already leaning into this, spotting the potential before most others.
Another week, another step forward for @AIWayfinder
This post is mainly for the airdrop farmers out there - since let’s be real, most people here are farming.
One of the big things coming soon is BYOW - bring your own wallet. That means you’ll be able to connect your personal wallet directly into Wayfinder and let the agents do the work for you.
If you saw @templecrash last picture, you know there’s already an autonomous agent running in tests. Now imagine what happens when that’s combined with wallet integration. Instead of manually farming airdrops or swapping every day, you could just tell your agent to handle it. Daily swaps, auto-claiming, even selling at your target price - all on autopilot.
Even if the airdrop meta changes, the idea is still powerful. Think about how easy Linea made claiming their airdrop. With Wayfinder, you could import multiple wallets, have an agent manage them all, and sell for you if the price is right for you.
Bringing your own wallet into Wayfinder changes the game. Onchain farming won’t look the same again.
Lately I’ve found myself mostly trading on Hibachi. Wasn’t really planned, but I’ve been enjoying it.
I’m always trying out new things, and after seeing what @SuccinctLabs has been doing, I thought- why not give Hibachi a shot?
It’s a central limit order book with a privacy-first design. Balances, fills, and the orderbook state are all encrypted and published to Celestia. It also uses ZK proofs to back everything up.
It’s built with Succinct and Celestia, which made it even more interesting to try.
The NEWT token has a straightforward design: it’s used as gas for interactions with agents on the @newton_xyz Protocol, and that’s a meaningful choice. It ties the token directly to protocol usage, rather than relying on speculative value or vague utility.
There are also other standard roles - staking for network security, governance participation, and paying to list models in the registry. These cover most of the expected bases for a utility token.
The distribution breakdown is reasonable: 60% is allocated to community functions like development, rewards, and operational funding. Internal allocations (40%) are locked for a year, then vest over three years. That pacing shows a level of discipline, though it’s ultimately something the market will need to track over time.
What’s still missing, though, is more clarity on the agent side of the protocol. If the whole system is meant to revolve around agent-based automation, it would help to see more agents - not just the recurring agent - with varied use cases or a clearer roadmap. Without that, the token structure feels solid but somewhat ahead of the visible product.
In short: the use cases are well defined, the distribution is conservative by industry standards, but more needs to be shown before it’s clear how this token fits into a live, functioning ecosystem.
Even if you’re in the @SuccinctLabs testnet, it’s worth following other projects using their tech. Some of them might be important for future phases.
Like with Mynt - they removed some whitelists if you didn’t mint USDm, even though all Succinct users were whitelisted.
Right now the verify feature isn’t working yet, but the devs are on it. They’ve updated the UI so you can’t send failed transactions anymore, and the verify tab just shows a “coming soon” button for now.
