La actual situación con la educación médica en Colombia puede cambiar si y solo si se garantizan: NO-REPRESALIA hacia las víctimas y reales CONSECUENCIAS para los agresores.
Lo primero es la razón #1 por la cual la gente no habla. Lo segundo es la razón por la que se perpetúa.
