A guy by the name of Vipul purchased a OnePlus Nord 2T on May 4th, and six days later, as he was riding a bike, his smartphone exploded within his pocket.

User was admitted to the hospital following that incident, despite the fact that he is currently in perfect health.

He contacted OnePlus' customer service and social media teams, and after an inquiry, they determined that the user was responsible for the explosion and not them.

Seriously, what the hell? Will someone risk their lives to harm a company's reputation?
What do they hope to prove?

I've spoken to him again, and he wants our assistance in this situation.

As a Qatari I’m proud of what happened.
I don’t know when will the westerners realize that their values aren’t universal. There are other cultures with different values that should be equally respected.
