It did not come close to deciding this game.
LSU had better overall talent and was 11 of 17 from 3.
Unless Clark scored 60, Iowa wasn't winning today.

The officials didn't decide the outcome. They did makes themselves a part of a game. Moments like missing a foul at one end, calling one at the other, and then doubling down and throwing a T for nothing takes away from the game. That's not National Championship officiating
