A great weekend back in Peoria with my team for LP4U Strikeout Cancer Showcase. We finished with a win ending the tournament with a 4:1 record. I had a batting average of .455 and allowed 2 ERs with 10 Ks! Here are a few highlights from the weekend
Happy late national coaches day to my past, present, and future coaches! I appreciate you all so much, and I couldn’t be more grateful to learn from all of these individuals! @Velocity_GB@Velo_Softball@UWP_Softball@preblesoftball
Our first fall tournament is under our belts, and even though we found some things to work on, playing was so much fun!

My first tournament is right around the corner so getting some pitching work in. In this video, I threw a rise ball, curveballs, a screw ball and change ups.
After getting some work done at the gym, I ended with med ball drills to increase my whip and torque for hitting and pitch. I focused on exploding out, which will ultimately make me stronger.
Thank you so much Coach Beyer and Coach Healy, along with Coach Maria and Coach Laura for running an amazing camp once again. I learned so much today, and I will be taking the drills I learned and applying them at home.
