I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order that was cancelled without delivery, despite assurances from your agent.
•A written confirmation of the resolution
•An explanation of why the committed replacement was not fulfilled
If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating this to the consumer forum and sharing my experience on social media.
Please treat this as a priority complaint
request the following IMMEDIATELY:
•A replacement order delivered at the earliest OR need a compensation amount. They are saying 37 rupees compensation who need your 37 rupees
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a meal that was never delivered, and your team has failed to follow through on the replacement promise made by your own agent.

6.Since then, I have received NO further updates, NO replacement order, and NO resolution.
3.I then contacted the restaurant directly, and they confirmed the order was handed over to the delivery partner.
4.Despite this, my order never arrived and was cancelled.
