The difference in tempo after going a goal behind is mental. Why does it take us going behind to lift the levels and intensity? We have shown multiple times that if we play with a bit more pace then we have the quality to create so much more

@CaerphillyCBC @NoelMooney13 Subsidised how? We currently have to play 5 miles away as it is the nearest pitch in working order due to lack of care and attention on closer facilities to us. Grass pitches in the borough are left to fall into disrepair yet prices to book these services have gone up 75%.

@NoelMooney13 grassroots in @CaerphillyCBC has just been given a very damaging blow with a weeks notice on a 75% increase in pitch booking fees.

Concerning that this could kill off clubs in our local area, and a hike this high had no previous communication with clubs

Football is BACK🟢⚫️

Our league season officially starts tomorrow when we visit newly promoted Rhydyfelin Non Pol FC.

The squad have been progressing nicely throughout preseason and are looking forward to competitive football restarting.

SWFA cup draw has been done, and it sees us drawn away against @CaerauElyCFC, in what will be our first ever meeting!

The ink has only just dried on his registration form and we have player sponsorship secured also.

Our final transfer of the day is one that almost happened this time last year!

Brooklyn Peckham-Stark has finally decided to sign for Gilfach after being the one that got away last summer. After bagging plenty of goals last season.

Kieran Keane joins us from Fleur de
Lys, the creative midfielder/winger is another one who has been with us a short time, but has impressed the squad already, even bagging a goal in his first friendly!

We are delighted that Kai has agreed to join us. At just 16 years old, Kai has shown that age does not matter if you have the ability to back it up.
