I've been privileged to lead my workmates through AI adoption.

The best part has been watching what they create. Turns out when you lower the barrier to building software, the people who feel inefficiency the most, the ones at the coal face, are often the ones best placed to fix it. Watching colleagues vibe code their own apps to replace SaaS tools that never quite did the job has been deeply satisfying. A kind of democratisation of creativity in software.

Then came the mess. Twenty versions of the same app. People emailing tools around. Apps saved to SharePoint, which promptly decided they were 'dangerous' and blocked them.

So I built App Hub to fix it — a way for colleagues to create apps, version control them, and share them with their team securely.
