This is a good day to remind you that a good marriage is possible and you don’t have to be a bad wife or husband.
There’s something my wife does that gladdens my heart.

Whenever I give her money to buy something for the kids, be it toys, shoes, clothes, snacks, ice creams etc, and thy start saying “mummy thank you”, she ALWAYS tell them that it is daddy that brought the money and they should thank me.

Even if she bought it with her money, she doesn’t fail to tell them to come and thank me.
She tells them it’s daddy that bought it for you.

This is because she wants to ensure my kids don’t think she is the one doing all of that.

Kids already love their mums unconditionally, it is your job as a mum to ensure you push some of that love to their father. Don’t let them grow up and give you all the love and leave their father out of it.

Don’t be a crafty wife.
