@British_Airways@Ca5Andres Therefore I was never able to get a compensation number. Instead I was given an incident number: 191112-002991. But when calling the customer service, they wouldn’t understand why I don’t have a compensation number.
@British_Airways@Ca5Andres Same thing by using the itinerary, your system would recognize the 1st flight (DUB-LHR BA823) but wouldn’t recognize the 2nd (LHR-BOG AV121 with Avianca) and 3rd flight (BOG-BGA AV8572 with Avianca) screenshot:

Affectzed Flight #: BA0823 on the 24/10. Due to delay my flights # AV121 (London-Bogotá) and AV8572 (Bogotá-Bucaramanga) got affected. My fiancé @Ca5Andres had the same issue with booking ref KHJJ8P, and he got from @British_Airways 600€ +£50voucher
