FSU/ACC litigation: counsel for FSU reminds Judge Cooper that this cases involves three contracts, but FSU and the Judge only have two of those agreements. Missing? The ESPN agreement. AG Moody demanded a copy three months ago. Still no agreement produced. No public records suits are pending. FSU has a proposed solution. (Elicits chuckles).

@EricAvelar138 @sensei_ironlung @oldmanebro I don't get this... I am not speaking from a Euro-centric perspective. I am speaking as a Black and Puerto Rican man whose ancestors were black.
@iamachak_ @princemir27@oldmanebro I think I get the point you are trying to make but it is bigger than that. It's not related to the 1% rule you speak of but the simple facts of ancestry. Most if not all people of Caribbean ancestry have African ancestors.
@iamachak_ @princemir27@oldmanebro My bad, let me clear it up for you...You are still Black as your race and Latino as your ethnicity... same difference...lol
@LeshondraRez @iamachak_ @Mathis1906@princemir27@oldmanebro Yes. Afro Latino is the same as African American. A black person born in the United States is African American. A black person born in a Romance language speaking country in the Americas which includes Spanish, Portuguese or French languages then technically you are afro Latino
