FSU/ACC litigation: counsel for FSU reminds Judge Cooper that this cases involves three contracts, but FSU and the Judge only have two of those agreements. Missing? The ESPN agreement. AG Moody demanded a copy three months ago. Still no agreement produced. No public records suits are pending. FSU has a proposed solution. (Elicits chuckles).

A black person born in a Romance language speaking country in the Americas which includes Spanish, Portuguese or French languages then technically you are afro Latino
