@Nat_Numeracy Breaking the cycle is difficult but vital in supporting children. As a teacher working with parents to break the “I didn’t like maths so my child won’t like it” mentality! Great work - we will be using resources for national numeracy day no doubt! Brilliant video and message 💛
@Strickomaster @kennygfrederick Subject knowledge is key to unpicking misconceptions. To see where children go wrong, through good subject knowledge, is vital as we can find the positive and ensure children don’t get hit with the “well it’s wrong, do it again” response after looking at an answer sheet!
