@swiggy_in I had an unbelievable experience last night. I ordered my food, it was prepared but was not delivered to me as there were no delivery partners available. Above that, I have experienced pathetic consumer handling. There was no human who could call me up. #107539962050

@PurohitMridul @SwiggyCares Hii Mridul, it happened last night. I wanted to complain that time only, but there is no consumer care number & that HELP conversation was not at all helpfull for me. So I raised on twitter today morning, was responded by Shalini & was resolved by Anurag within half an hour.

@SwiggyCares Thanks Shalini for your prompt responses! Today's consumer services were way better than last night. There is not even a Customer care number to communicate. Please do work upon my concerns shared with Anurag. It doesn't take much time to loose the shine.
