Wczoraj udało mi się spotkać z kolejnym Miner'em @falapsky mieliśmy okazję pogadać o @redstone_defi i wymienić poglądy na temat rynku w jakim się znajdujemy. Spotkanie umiliło nam smaczne jedzenie (rachunek podzieliliśmy na pół 😂).

Z tego miejsca chciałbym mu podziękować za ugoszczenie w swoim mieście oraz do zobaczenia w przyszłości!!

Mam nadzieję że ten Chapter wyjdzie jeszcze lepiej od poprzedniego jeśli chodzi o spotkania ponieważ planuję wiele podróży dużych i małych, może nawet na koniec świata (Rzeszów).

Something to eat before the weekend @monad
🇨🇦 Thermomix Poutine 🍟🧀🍁
You need:

🧄 1 garlic clove
🧈 30g butter
🌾 30g flour
🍗 500g beef/chicken stock
🧂 Soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper
🥔 800g potatoes (fries)
🧀 Cheese curds or white cheddar

🛠️ Quick Steps:
1. Fries:
Cut, soak, dry, oil & salt → bake or air-fry at 200°C till crispy.

2. Gravy (Thermomix):
Garlic + butter: 5s / sp5
Sauté: 3min / 120°C / sp1
Add flour: 2min / 100°C / sp2
Add stock + sauces: 8min / 100°C / sp3
(Blend if needed)

3. Build it:
Hot fries + cheese + gravy = 🇨🇦💥🔥

Today I'm back with another recipe for you @monad

🌶️ Quick Thermomix Chili con Carne
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 small chili (opt.)
20 g olive oil, 500 g ground beef
400 g canned tomatoes
1 tsp cumin, smoked paprika, ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp tomato paste & salt
240 g kidney beans, 140 g corn (drained)
100 g water

Steps:
Chop garlic, onion, chili → 5 sec / speed 5
Sauté with oil → 3 min / Varoma / speed 1
Add beef → 7 min / 120°C / reverse / speed 1
Add tomatoes, spices, paste, water → 15 min / 100°C / speed 1 (basket on)
Add beans & corn → 5 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1
Serve with rice, tortillas or nachos + sour cream & cilantro 🌯🧀🌿
