Que bello es ver lo bien que la está pasando nuestro goleador del Bicampeonato después de su retiro del Fútbol Profesional.
Se le extraña y siempre se le recordará con cariño. Disfruté mucho su paso en Atlas.

Peruzzi's Failed Transfer to Sunderland in 2013
Gino Peruzzi: "I remember going to Sunderland. I had changed agents, and my new agent took me to Sunderland, but I didn't pass the medical because of a knee issue".
Did you actually travel there?
Gino Peruzzi: "Yes, I traveled there and completed all the medical tests. Earlier that year, we had won the final against Newell's, and I had suffered a knee strain. But the injury was already behind me I even finished that tournament playing.
However, the English doctors found that injury and claimed it was still there. I spent several days undergoing tests and evaluations.
In fact, from Sunderland I had to travel to Rome to a clinic specializing in knee injuries for more tests and examinations. After about a week of going from one test to another, I got tired of it and returned to Buenos Aires. I said, "If they want me, they can call me and I'll come back to sign." In the end, that didn't happen, and a few weeks later the opportunity with Catania came up.
So I went directly to Catania, and everything went through without any problems.
Would you have liked the chance to play in the Premier League?
Gino Peruzzi: "Yes, absolutely. It would have been wonderful. It was always my dream to play in that league. For me, it's on another level-above everything else.
It's a shame it didn't happen. Later on, Nacho Scocco, Santiago Vergini, and Ricardo Álvarez went there while he was at Inter.
Yes, it would have been nice. The club was beautiful. It's a smaller Premier League club, but in the parking lot and around the dressing room there were Ferraris and Lamborghinis everywhere. It was crazy-another level".
