1. Drink a cup of water this morning. The first thing that should enter your mouth every morning is water.
2. Add hardboiled eggs to your rice (if it’s rice and stew Sunday). Eggs are nutritious. Very nutritious.
3. If you can add green vegetables to your diet today, do it; it is highly recommended, and it’s good for your immune system.
4. No soda today. It’s bad for your heart.
5. Eat more meat, not less. Eating cooked meat does not cause any diseases.
6. Limit fries. The oil used may harm your heart.
7. Drink water through the day. Stay hydrated. Very important.
8. If it’s rice and stew Sunday, add sliced cucumber to your rice. It’s good for your kidneys.
9. Take at least two minutes of your time today and think about your blessings. Count them and name them, one by one.
