They are actually trying to charge me for this. If you can't even tell me what equipment to return, how am I supposed to return (nevermind I don't have *ANY* of their equipment). This is straight up fraud.
Who's got good cell service? My poor wife has been on the phone with @Verizon 4 times trying to get the Switch 2 they never shipped taken off our bill. Is T-Mobile suddenly good now? Might be time for a new provider.
@Mark_Piemile@Xfinity@XfinitySupport@comcast I couldn't believe how difficult it was to simply report an outage. Totally get outages happen sometimes, but the amount of time and effort it took to get help was completely unacceptable.
Our @Xfinity Internet went down Sunday. Was supposed to have it fixed yesterday. Appt cancelled with no explanation. @XfinitySupport won't send someone out until tomorrow. So glad someone else just put in fiber on our street so I can ditch @comcast
No video today because @Xfinity & @XfinitySupport suck. I've signed up for a new (faster/cheaper) ISP. As soon as they have me up and running I'll start posting daily to get caught up. Thanks!
@GamerDanielB@amazon One was a WiFi mesh unit where the SSID had been changed. The others had boxes that had clearly been opened. Today's order had 2 items with open boxes and Amazon return labels still on them.
