The Declaration didn’t say “some men.” It said all men are created equal with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That principle was the fuse. It took amendments, a Civil War, and generations to fully extend it — but the framework was always there for expansion to every citizen.

Today every American has the same constitutional protections. Your entire rant is proof it worked.

This “only white men are free” garbage is ahistorical identity politics designed to make people resent the freest, most opportunity-rich nation in human history.

We don’t celebrate July 4th because we’re perfect. We celebrate because a bunch of men told a king to go to hell and started the greatest experiment in ordered liberty the world has ever seen — and we kept expanding it.

If you can’t find a reason to celebrate Independence Day, that’s a you problem.

I know what you mean but I think this is just more mistaking 'good' for 'weak.' A good man is not weak, they will burn the world down if they need to. Like Dr. Peterson says, as a man, you should be capable of violence, but disciplined enough to only use it when necessary.

I'd also like to point out many women raise weak men(gotta stamp out that toxic masculinity) then other women don't find them fit to date.

This is false. Only unskilled labor is paid minimum wage and it's meant for kids flipping burgers, not to support a family. Get an education or skill and earn more.

Now having said that, I do think the price of living vs income has gotten worse over time. You can thank Dems for much of it, not just corporate greed. Stop voting Dem.

I agree that greed is part of the problem, but it's only one facet.

Unskilled labor is meant to be for young people with no responsibility. It is what keep prices low in a market. Prices are adjusted for the lowest income. Raising minimum wage only adjusts prices up, then we're all poorer.

Government waste and printing money devalue the dollar. Many other things. Stop allowing politicians to get away with corruption. Looking at you Dems.

In fact, SpaceX doing things NASA should have figured out years earlier while tribe paying Russians to take astronauts to space. That seem opposite of poorer.

You're not alone, many of us try to heal the divide, but the negative will always enflame more noticeably. I'm gen X, grew up thinking the racial divide was slowly closing, and i think it is still, but there are definitely forces out there with a crowbar trying to pry us apart. Namely the left.
