@AirIndiaX What about the conduct of the Airport Terminal Manager & staff?They told us to “drop one bag outside”, and when we arranged a relative to pick it up in 20 mins, they refused.Instead they threatened counter closure in 5 mins to force payment. this acceptable?

Today at Bhubaneswar (BBI), @AirIndiaX forced us to check in even laptop bags + small purses — no airline does this. Selective, humiliating treatment.
Forced to pay ₹6,600.
Need urgent action and refund.

@AirIndiaX Our actual bags (excluding laptops) were only 1.67 kg extra per person.
Even with check-in bags included, we were 1 kg extra per person.Yet we were charged ₹2,200 per person after you forced laptop bags + purses into check-in. Where in the world are laptop bags weighed

@Matru182503 @AirIndiaX Which airline charges extra for LAPTOP BAGS? CHARGING 6,600 for Laptop bags,is this ethical way of running a business or a new way of looting customers? Hope Air India airline is not into losses which is leading to such fraudulent activities and unethical practice

If I was “16 kg overweight”, how did your staff check in those same bags without objecting before forcing laptop bags + purses into check-in?This clearly shows this was manufactured and payment was forced.
