Visited a new organic tea farm in Ibaraki, Japan. While many tea regions in Japan harvest four times per year, they only harvest twice per year - 1st flush & 2nd flush only growing limited unique tea cultivars like Sae-akari and Sayama-kaori. Stay tuned for more about our visit!
