Support needed for an existing development request that our Children's Community Nursing team would find very beneficial! It is to have different colour patient appointments to Textual appointments. The development request number is: f4020000 @TPP @suhollick @scft_digitalcs

@iainoneil @scft_digitalcs @tpp @suhollick Not a stupid question at all Iain. The answer is both. Having a different colour for textuals would help provide a more visible overview of a clinician's rota (experience). Textual appointments being used for travel, as an example, help with supporting lone workers (safety).

Hi @TPP_SystmOne, re: Maintenance update (GA55) December 2019: it was said that the user would be able to record the outcome of an appointment when someone else had the patient retrieved. This was never released. Any update please?
