@virginmedia Please tell me how I can speak to a human about cancelling our broadband service with you. I've tried calling 4 times now and each time after 30 minutes on hold, the call disconnects automatically.
@virginmedia and I would advise you actually get enough customer service agents to deal with all the customers you've greedily obtained. But that's not going to happen either, so maybe someone can get back to me with a proper answer?
@virginmedia yeah I tried that too. It's just as useless, if not more so. I waited for 2.5 hours yesterday just to finally meet the "end of the day bot" (seriously?) who told me someone would respond today after 8am (they haven't, it's now nearly 11:30). Any other good ideas?
