@YodelOnline Thanks for nothing Yodel, failed to deliver when promised, lies on tracking information, conflicting messages from different staff on live chat, disconnecting me in the middle of a chat and just rude, awful customer service from the last person I spoke to...shocking!
V. disappointed @parcelforce@IKEAUK 4 days since parcel was 'out for delivery', no delivery card, no response to my email query from 2 days ago, no contact at all...and still no parcel!
