@SouthwestAir The online option says to call and speak to an agent. I went from Chicago Midway to O’Hare, booked with a new airline to DC, made the trip, got to my car and got home. Total phone time on hold: 5 hours. Number of SW employees I’ve spoken with :ZERO. Do better SW, much better.
