Recently I held a session for my Business Admin L3 apprenticeship based on the @netflix show #PepsiWheresMyJet - a fun morning and the learners enjoyed getting involved with the activities including a taste test and considering a business plan that included a harrier jet!

Got my Business Admin apprentices on with a task yesterday making some tall and flat organisational structures from spaghetti and marshmallows! 🙂🙏 from this we then talked about span of control and levels of hierarchy and, of course, finished off the remaining marshmallows!!

#Apprenticeships are proven to provide people with excellent starts to their career. 14 years ago this summer I left school after my A levels, went into an apprenticeship and have never looked back or regretted my decision, and would wholeheartedly recommend them!
