@CoryGiger Is Campbell's current class that "great"? Seeing a lot of 3 star commits. If we are going to compete nationally need 4s and 5s. Not being down in Campbell, it's year one, but feel it's premature to call this a great class.

You quoted framed it poorly. I agree that an elite college team would be competitive with a PRACTICE SQUAD. But the worst starting lineup in the NFL would destroy the best college squad year over year.

@choefer4 @CoryGiger Smith has never been even a coordinator, it wouldn't make sense to pay him the same as a coach with HC, OC, or DC experience. I like Smith but just like any job, any deal should take that into account. No competition for Smith driving the price up.
