Grassroots change is often preceded by harrowing events.

Steve lost his daughter, Hannah, in an auto accident because of a faulty guardrail. Instead of saving her life, the guardrail took it.

He's made it his life's mission to prevent others from suffering in the way he has.

He's out there every day.

Calling out faulty installations and holding companies (and even states themselves) accountable via his posts.

He's advocating for YOUR loved ones on the road... and mine.

If you're not following and sharing his posts, you need to start.

It often takes immense effort to effect change, but if a million of us simply share his work, we can make it a far lighter lift.

For real estate, property taxes in your area certainly matter. But otherwise...

Kevin O'Leary pointed out years ago, it's foolish to give up gains because you'll have to pay some taxes on it.

In the US, $275 million in losses from real estate fraud complaints in 2025.

22,000 of them involving AI-related fraud schemes.

Can this be fixed with blockchain technology?
