@Mr_H1978 2/2 However, how often do I need feedback. Currently between SLT/ HoD/ HoYs and others see parts of my lessons 2-3 times a week. There is only so much feedback that can be useful. This does feel like a box tick, not valuable. If you only stay 2mins you don’t see anything.

@Mr_H1978 I love people coming into my lesson & want all the feedback I can get. Another point of view is always helpful. Warning, you may see brilliance, you may see a car crash but that’s life. Your shared thoughts will help me grow and so help our young people learn.
