@BarstoolBigCat should have used @Gametime. bought courtside tickets to Rockets last week (seats between bench and scorers table first row) for me and my 9 year old through @StubHub. Tickets never got transferred all day. I’m calling stub hub they tell me to wait until 6pm and they will give me comparable tickets. Well I have to drive to the game by then. I’m waiting outside of the stadium trying to find out what tickets I’m getting, miss tip off. They put me on the baseline, 2nd row, 9 year old couldn’t see a thing all game. They say sorry we think those are equal seats. @StubHub knows nothing about sports and doesn’t care about fan guarantee.

Looking for tickets to Rockets v Mavs Monday to make up for the horrible experience me and my son had because of @StubHub and @TeamStubHub. Will definitely be taking my business to @Gametime or @VividSeats where I’ve never had any issues.

@StubHub fan protect guarantee is only if it’s easy and convenient for them. Don’t buy tickets you think are a good deal unless you are prepared to spend that same money on whatever tickets they want to give you. Plenty of other better ticketing sights out there. Paid for courtside seats but instead got tickets where my son couldn’t see a bit of the game. “We’re sorry, there’s nothing we can do” great customer service.

@StubHub first world problem, sure. But anyone who knows sports knows how rare it is to sit courtside front row next to an nba bench. It’s once in a lifetime. Stubub put me and my 9 year old on the baseline second row. My son couldn’t see a thing all game. I was forced to accept the tickets because they wouldn’t let me know until one hour before the game so I’m sitting in the parking garage waiting on hold for 45 minutes. They didn’t even call me when they said they would all day. I kept having to call and wait on hold. Then they offered me a whopping $11 voucher. You got a chance to try to make it right @StubHub
