@washingtongas Tech tapped door but didn’t ring doorbell and left after about 10 secs without waiting for someone to come to the door. Just said “Sh*t…F*ck”, then left. Quality!! I still have no heat.

@washingtongas says this wasn’t their tech tapping glass & walking away ~10 secs l8r (w/o ringing doorbell!). Just says“Sh*t” … “F*ck” then leaves. Hardly enough time to put on shoes & come to the door. My heat and hot water are off after an emergency repair #washingtongassucks

Super annoying the way @Vanguard_Group forced owners of mutual funds into brokerage accounts last year, and now they’ve added $25 fee to get paper statements on each “brokerage account”

@Vanguard_Group’s new website is so frustrating. They have hidden or eliminated the ability of investors to contact them by phone or message. I was forced into brokerage account but now everything is harder. They were awesome the first 20 years I invested with them. What a shame!

So much trouble getting any help from @BMWofAlexandria ... calls unanswered; promises of callbacks have no follow through; voicemails not responded to. Dunno if they just suck, or they have so much business they just don't care. I love my car, but the dealer service dept - NO!

After 3-1/2 hrs on hold w @washingtongas yesterday, I made an appointment for today. They were supposed to call 15 min b4 arriving so I could meet the tech. At 5:30 pm I received an automated call asking me to confirm my appt for today between 7am & 5pm 🙄 @washingtongas sucks.
