Ex: Chilling Reign/Fusion Strike booster boxes. “Trash sets” until price tags started going up. Now they are “sleeper sets.” Lots of opinions being driven by social media IMO.

@PokemonTCGDrops The hype train just keeps on rolling, full steam ahead. We have a new era (with a debatably average base set) releasing very soon and pre-orders are selling out. It’s scary to think what “investments” look like when these fast gains eventually slow down on modern product.

@retro_unlimited @PokemonTCGDrops Sorry to see this. For what it’s worth, I would rather have this “error” pack as a collector. It’s way more unique than the standard promos. If you’re into grading, check out CGC. They are reputable for grading errors, miscuts, etc. and will often feature them on social media.

@Wafl3 @PokemonTCGDrops Haven’t had this experience. I’ve been using them super often since spring 2020. If you’re expecting product for a new set to arrive on your doorstep the day of release, they don’t always deliver. But they usually have good pricing and free shipping at $75+.

@CBluePanther @PokemonTCGDrops True- but the market isn’t always rational. Special Delivery Charizard, for example. NM and sealed singles are still going for way too much. Don’t get me started on the graded 10s. This product will likely sell well even if printed into oblivion, and the promos may do fine.

@PokemonTCGDrops For those with Ls- hang in there! I was able to get 1 via Target this morning and 1 via Pokémon Center yesterday, after many Ls. Either they are taking in more pre-orders than they can fulfill… or this thing was really printed as heavily as the community thinks. 🤞
