@yvrscreenscene @sabrinarmf Agreed! Also our BC produced/directed film played at Cannes & VIFF this year - reached out to media in Van & the only coverage we recieved was from @georgiastraight. It would be great to see more media support for unusual films like ours which was a modern take on a Chinese opera

Had someone from @A71Ent sit on a @JFLNorthWest panel last night and tell the audience “Don’t make films you are passionate about. Instead, ask the distributors what they want you to make. Your passion project won’t fly.” What a sad slate of films they must have.

Would also love to not spend half a day in every city trying to make reservations. Online reservation system hardly works and adds extra service fees to every TRAIN on top of reservation fees. @Eurail

Hey @Eurail Check out all of these empty seats on this train I had to pay 500 dollars for because there were no available seats for Eurail pass holders. That’s half the price of my pass. #backpacking
