So pleased to be elected as your Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland. Thank you to everyone who voted for me, knocked on doors and my brilliant campaign team. (1/3)
@Thrubeingcool2 @ACunninghamMP @AndyMcDonaldMP@philippa_storey Thanks. I said in my campaign I'll fight for fairer funding. It's not right Surrey received a bigger police funding increase than Cleveland when Cleveland has the highest crime rate in the country. We need fair funding to get more officers back on our streets
I look forward to working with partner organisations and residents to create safer communities across Cleveland.
The hard work starts now. Thank you everyone. (3/3)
My commitments to bring back community policing, invest in domestic abuse support, reduce homelessness, create a retail crime strategy and restore integrity will be central to my work over the coming years. (2/3)
