@Tesla says I have to pickup my car while the center over the weekend is closed or be fined. Pick it up and it’s literally unsafe to drive. Locked out of loaner now, 2.5 hr from home and told to “figure it out”. This is INSANE “customer service”. #tesla
The @tesla service center model is insane. Second time this year I have to get a hotel for DAYS and just wait for service because the nearest center to the 2nd largest city in Indiana is ~7 hours round trip if I were to rent a car (of course, loaners never avail either). #tesla
@shanselman I’ve been noticing the same thing over the past month or so, across devices that have drastically different app profiles and usage patterns.
Reminder for the day:
Security is not a product. Spend your time and money on the due diligence of all influencing factors of people and process, then use technology to fill the gaps and enable human scalability.

The viewership experience for NFL anymore is just terrible, at this point just make everything PPV and it would be better than the dozen different subscriptions and services you need to watch just one team (not in my viewing area, sorry for liking the wrong team I guess?)
Just so I have this clear, I buy @NFL Sunday Ticket, but in addition to not playing Monday night games (another subscription) or Thursday games (another platform), SUNDAY games in London aren’t on Sunday ticket? Oh, and I get to stare at this stupid screen during every break.

@orinthomas@MicrosoftPress I have read, or even still have on my shelf, almost all of those books (the English ones anyways). Thank you for your contributions to the industry!!
