What a joy it is to be a football fan today. As if having to put up with #VAR, the shady, backwards #FA, even worse #EFL and insufferable #PL (not to even mention #UEFA and #FIFA shenanigans) we now have confirmation of the #ESL to drain any last life from the game.

@Jolz_Aust I assume a person could be excommunicated after their death? Ultimately its for God to judge, but I don't think the Catholic community could accept any such act as a representation of God's love for humanity. I know members of the IRA where excommunicated in the early 1900s

I think the shareholders are only interested in the project because it increases their share resell value more than squad players will. It will take decades to even break even but they will make the money back when they sell.
