Well, we did it again. We managed to catch another great live fireworks show on the HyVee WeatherCam.

@Sgf_Cardinals were so happy the long scorching heatwave had finally come to a close, they clearly were celebrating with fireworks haha!

Despite all readings being taken 10 feet apart, notice the staggering different in temperatures.

97 in the Shaded Grass
140 on Asphalt
153 inside a Parked Car

Difference surfaces have varies albedos and ability to absorb solar radiation which creates the large distinction.
