But it's clear from this that you're not focused on defeating Labor but on attacking all Liberal and Nationals politicians including great ones like Jacinta and Jamie Chaffey who represents Dubbo well.

At the Bush Summit in Dubbo yesterday Matt Canavan and I had a panel together.

I've always said the Coalition and One Nation should work together to oust this toxic labor government.

But I won't cop it when the Liberals and Nationals try to pretend they haven't been dragged to the right decision, kicking and screaming, by One Nation.

One Nation was the first to oppose the Voice. We have always opposed Net-Zero, the Nationals are still committed to the Paris Agreement. We started the conversation about immigration that Liberals and Nationals still refuse to put a number on.

Most importantly, people believe One Nation means what we say. Labor and the Coalition have run this country into the ground. It's time for a new way.

If our smelters need billion dollar bailouts to power themselves on so-called "cheap" renewables, why would it be any different for data centres?

At the start of the century, Australia produced 1.7 billion apples a year, or around a 100 a year per person.

But with a rapidly increasing population, we are now only producing around 60 a year per person. If this trend continues, we will not grow enough apples to feed ourselves sometime over the next decade.

We should never face food shortages, but if we do not focus on unleashing the potential of our farmers the cost of food could soon surge for everyone.

Vice President J.D. Vance told the story of Kevin Flanagan: a computer programmer forced to train his foreign replacement just to collect severance. He did it.

On his last day, he packed up, walked to the parking lot, got in his truck, and shot himself.

Germany Revoked ‘Suspicious’ Carbon Credits Bought by ExxonMobil

Authorities withdrew carbon credits generated by 30 China-based projects that claimed to reduce pollution caused by fossil-fuel extraction. The projects included one purchased by the Texas-headquartered oil major, according to a German Environment Agency report dated mid-January, which Bloomberg News obtained via a Freedom of Information request.

The German government has not previously shared the names of companies involved in the scandal over upstream emissions reductions (UER) certificates, which first erupted in 2024.

The 30 withdrawn projects claimed to save a total of 2.1 million tons of carbon dioxide — roughly equivalent to the exhaust emitted by 500,000 cars in a year. Energy companies that purchased the voided credits to offset their own emissions have been ordered to compensate for the shortfall.

The UER market was at one point considered a yardstick for carefully designed carbon markets. It was administered by European governments, while individual projects were verified by third-party auditing firms based in Germany. Dozens of energy companies bought credits within the system, which is now winding up. (Bloomberg)

The government keeps telling people that wages are growing and everything is fine.

In truth, REAL wages - what your money can actually buy - have fallen by more than at anytime on record under Labor.

Wage levels, in real terms, are back to where they were 15 years ago in 2011.

Australians feel poorer under Labor, and they are right to feel that way.

The Liberal and Nationals parties delivered a perfect WA GST deal when last in Government.

Our deal encouraged states to develop their own resources, kept our nation together and did not make any state worse off.

The PM says he will keep our deal but can he really be trusted when he has lied so often?

BREAKING: 𝕏 wins lawsuit against Australia’s eSafety Commissioner. Elon Musk’s 𝕏 has secured a major victory in Australia’s Federal Court.

The eSafety Commissioner argued that 𝕏 should be regulated under two separate online safety systems because the platform offers DMs and encrypted chat, potentially subjecting it to stricter requirements and penalties of up to A$49.5 million.

Justice Elizabeth Raper rejected that argument, ruling that 𝕏 cannot be classified as both a “social media service” and a “relevant electronic service.”

A major win for 𝕏 against regulatory overreach.

If keeping costs down is so important to coles why don't they stop their stupid net zero targets rather than sack Australian workers.

Coles has often argued against the Nationals policy of adding a divestiture penalty to our competition laws by saying they employ lots of Australians.

But now they are shipping off 1000s of Australian jobs to India!

It is time we have proper penalties for the egregious anti competitive conduct we see from our major retailers so there is fair go for farmers and small businesses.

Not so sure I am happy with a net zero rating 😜

I see a lot of people confused about just how land intensive solar and wind power is.

This is from a report from Net Zero Australia that shows to get to net zero we could need 120,000 square km of land, or 12 million hectares in land for solar, wind and the associated transmission lines.

Most of this land comes from freehold or leasehold farming land. This is one reason why farmers are mostly opposed to the large scale rollout of industrial wind and solar projects.

Net Zero Australia say that this amount of land is "equivalent to over half the size of Victoria." It is also two times the size of Tasmania.

Net Zero Australia is a consortium of the University of Melbourne, the University of Queensland, Princeton University and the Nous Group. They support the goal of net zero.
