@HMRCcustomers Help! Have been asked to reconfirm my tax free childcare, logging in it says "Sorry, your security check was unsuccessful, please contact the helpline for assistance" calling the helpline I am told, sorry we're busy and can't take your call. How do I get access?
@tweethue Hi there. I have an outdoor motion sensor, mounted on a wall in the garden, Battery has gone flat, went to change it and the screw at the bottom of the housing securing it to the wall bracket has ceased meaning it can't be removed from the wall. Is this a known problem?
@googlenesthelp Hi. Google Nest won't play BBC Radio 2. Say "Hey Google Play Radio 2" it responds with "Streaming 88-91 FM BBC radio 2" but nothing plays, can play on phone using BBC Sounds app and cast to Google Nest ok. Based in the UK. Been an issue for about 5 days. Help!
@googlenesthelp Just tried changing the default audio device on the home hub to (this device) then it will play the radio. Problem seems to be related to starting the music on the Chromecast Audio from the home hub. Hope this helps.
@googlenesthelp Google Nest Hub and Google Nest Mini. Just tried on both, works on mini but not on the hub. Both have the default speaker device set to a Chromecast Audio.
@googlenesthelp Tried turning it off and back on again! Solves most things but not this! No other troubleshooting other than confirming that the stream will play when cast to the Nest from another device.
@madebygoogle 3 hours on phone and chat support trying to resolve this issue. Oops, we're having trouble loading this screen. Only an issue when signing on with my account, partners works fine on same phone. Looks like corrupt account but no one knows how to fix it! Help!!
@JFFeront@tweethue@madebygoogle Any update on what the problem is here? Is it a fault with Philips or Google? Is everyone unable to link Hue to Google or is it account / setup specific? Are there any workarounds? Both are still advertising that their products work together when they haven’t for nearly a month.
@dangazone@tweethue Having the same problem. After linking if I log into my Hue account I can see Google in the list of linked apps but don’t see Hue account in Google assistant. Logging in using Google Account if that has any impact. Help @tweethue
