Really proud of my Grade 3 students today. 4 students completed their first exit ticket in PE and approached the task with real enthusiasm. I love reading about what they learnt and what they want to work on next time.

Students loved a noodle obstacle course today. This led to discussion around social and emotional wellbeing, and how these are connected.

After a pretty full on couple of days #teaching I finally got round to placing the alphabet wall display up! Went with ABCs of PE as the title. Think it looks pretty sharp! If Iβve shared the resource with you Iβd love to see it up when youβre done. #physed#PE#vocabulary
Human foosball! Such great fun. 2 students holding a pool noodle in a zone with a pair from the other team. This game emphasises teamwork and communication. An advancement on this is to have 1 of the students blindfolded. #inclusivegames#saisrocks#physicaleducation
Continuing the theme of #inclusivegames today students navigated their way around, through and over gymnastics equipment, while blindfolded with a guide. They then discussed how their experience might relate to everyday life for the visually impaired.
Great idea @GregThurlow
Getting Ss to experience what day to day life might be like for people with physical impairments. This is a modified game of soccer on trolleys. Ss reflected on how they can be more socially aware in PE and in daily situations.

Health is more than just eating right and exercising.
These kids are creating their own #bewellday incorporating the 4 aspects of health and promoting a balanced lifestyle. The future looks healthy!
