@credealjunkie Her friends will find out and either help her circumvent or just alternate her. That social pressure will motivate her to make decisions that she won't bring to you. This is a hard problem ... not saying give her a phone, but don't do this.

I don't mind self-proclaiming my expertise in these scenarios. If Linus gives an opinion on Linux, it's likely valid.

The biggest problem your company is facing likely has less to do with technology, and more to do with social cohesion. Polite society is quite comfortable with status quo.
