PPG: Smart 15.4, Jrue 19.1
APG: 5.9 v 6.5
3P%: 35.0 v 31.6

While being pretty equal defensively. The narrative is way different but the stats aren’t.

One of the huge keys to the Celtics turnaround this season was Smart coming back from injury and fully committing to the PG role. He was the one that got the ball to stop sticking and keep the offense from being ISO only.

@celticsblog @HPbasketball @aarong33 Smart averaged 2.2 turnovers this season, which is less than Lowry (2.7), Steph (3.2), Jrue (2.7), Harden (3.4), and CP3 (2.4), so acting like turnovers are some fatal character flaw of his is kind of disingenuous.
