@virginmedia I had already tried that. I understand multiple people in my area on virgin are having the same issue so seems to be a network outage. Surely your aware of this so can you advice on time frames when it will be up and running again

@virginmedia I checked and it simply says there's an issue, doesn't elaborate. It's now been over 2 hours of having to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. As a virgin media representative can you not check what the issue is?
