Well said. Your business likely does NOT need a human-like chatbot. For the *real* human on the other end, it's not useful; it's just weird. It can echo a brand voice and even have a personality...but it doesn't need to be indistinguishable from humans.

Sometimes the trickiest #conversationdesign problems are solved with an NLU solution. And sometimes the trickiest NLU problems are solved with a conv design solution. Conv designers and NLU folks need to collaborate early & often on #conversationalAI projects.
