You could use the Animation Rigging in Unity (under unity packages from memory) to set her up if she doesn't have a rig at all. Some good YT tutorials on how to use it.
Or even use Mixamo to rig her and create some animations. The latter is super fast and at least gets her moving so you can see how she feels in the game.
Or pay someone $10 on fiverr to rig her for you. Sometimes that's easier! 😃
@BlazorSean @davidpine7 I have exactly the same issue. I find a new component always gets added in csproj as <Content Remove="componentname.razor" />. I can either delete that line and it works, or do the move out and back again trick @BlazorSean describes above.
